After each session, attendees will leave with music accompaniment access, sensory tools used in lesson, and handout with information from lesson for reference.
Grownups are welcome to mingle and chat with other attendees from 11am-12pm after each session.

Sprout Studio is a joyful music, movement, and bonding workshop designed for babies and their grownups. Through gentle baby yoga, musical play, and engaging sensory time, this class nurtures connection while supporting early development.
Our Grownup & Me program invites exploration through touch, sound, and movement, supporting cognitive growth and soothing the nervous system. Music and movement shared between grownup and baby boost language development, emotional regulation, and trust—laying the foundation for a strong, secure attachment.
Whether you’re rocking to lullabies, stretching into a sleepy pose, or discovering new textures together, Sprout Studio is a celebration of growth, love, and play.
